Rita Kusi is the CEO and Senior Consultant of Keeping 'U' Simply Intact (KUSI) Consulting, a U.S. and Ghana-based contracting firm with a focus on Human Resource (HR) Management Solutions and Marketing.
The consultancy leverages digital technology to improve HR and Marketing systems that yield results and create a competitive advantage for SME's, corporate businesses and institutions. In addition, KUSI Consulting equip career-minded individuals with the needed skills to acquire a position in their field of interest through comprehensive training programs and workshops.
She has 15 year of experience in the field of Human Resource and Marketing and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz. In 2011, she received a Professional HR course completion certificate from the HR Certification Institute at Pace University and is an active member of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Global Chapter.
Rita Kusi is the first black woman to hold a directorial position for the largest privately-owned condominiums in the U.S. In 2012, she was promoted to director of HR singlehandedly managing a staff of about 375 employees and eight unions and trades before resigning and relocating to Ghana to establish the business.
Rita has a great deal of passion for job creation, digital storytelling, and tourism.
